Description
This course provides an understanding of the positive and negative relationships between criminal justice professionals and various members of the community.

Student Learning Outcomes

Explain the responsibilities of the three segments of the criminal justice system to the community.
Identify racial, ethnic, and marginalized groups within the United States.
Examine the historical treatment of various demographic groups by the criminal justice system.
Evaluate the issues affecting the relationship between the community and the criminal justice system.
