This academic map should be used by CSN students who are completing the Food and Beverage Management, CA.

HOW THIS ACADEMIC MAP IS SET UP

The academic map is set up to show students the ideal path to completing the certificate in two (2) semesters. Students who cannot take the map’s recommended number of credits each semester will take longer to complete the degree, graduate and transfer.

CSN CA FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT: DESCRIPTION

This Food and Beverage program prepares students to begin a career or further their career in the food service industry. The program, consisting of food and beverage management courses and culinary courses, is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful in their food service careers.
