DESCRIPTION
This skills certificate in the Fundamentals of Culinary Arts provides students with Basic foundations in food service.  It combines knife skills, sanitation, and the basic prep work to ensure success in the kitchen.
PREPARES STUDENTS FOR
The ServSafe Exam, a nationally recognized certificate required in all Southern Nevada restaurants.
