LIMITED ENTRY PROGRAM

DESCRIPTION

The Bachelor of Applied Science program allows associate degree students and registered respiratory therapists the opportunity to build upon their current knowledge, enhance their current professional role, and advance to broader careers.

Must be admitted to CRS BAS limited entry program.


STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

  1. Summarize respiratory leadership characteristics and assess managerial techniques.
  2. Evaluate theory and practice of educational modalities in clinical and non-clinical settings.
  3. Verify advanced practitioner skills through clinical performance in specialty area.
  4. Validate cultivation of skills in specialty area through presentation or research project.
  5. Critically evaluate research methodology, analyses, and literature.

General Education Requirements (47 Credits)


Mathematics (3 Credits)


NOTE: Your first college-level MATH course MUST be completed before reaching 30 total college-level credits.

Recommended: MATH 124.

English Composition (6-8 Credits)


NOTE: Your first college-level ENG course MUST be completed before reaching 30 total college-level credits.

Recommended: ENG 101 (for the “and one from the following” section).

Fine Arts/Humanities/Social Science (9 Credits)


Recommended: PSY 101 (for the “and one from the following” section).
