What is an Academic Map?

An academic map is a recommended semester-by-semester sequence of courses required to complete a degree in two years (associate’s degrees) or four years (bachelor’s degrees). Maps encourage students to take approximately 15 credits each semester and are designed for students without transfer credits. Maps can easily be adjusted for part-time students (who should see their assigned advising unit).
