RE 202 - Real Estate Financing and Insurance Credits: 2 Description A study of the procedures and techniques requisite to the analysis of financial real property. The types of financing include conventional, Federal Housing Administration, Veterans’ Administration, credit evaluations, interest rates, loan costs and the availability of mortgage money and its competition in the money market. Types of insurance specifically applicable to the real estate industry covered.

- Discuss the institutional sources of funding and the secondary mortgage market.
