Credits: 3Description A comprehensive course on the beverages of the world specializing in craft spirits, craft beers, and wines. Each class will have tastings. Special Note: All students of FAB 272 must be 21 years of age and submit proof.

Create start-up alcoholic beverage inventories for a variety of restaurant concepts.
