ELEC 173B - Sign Apprentice III Credits: 4 Description Three phase systems, circuit calculations and generators. Electrical test instruments including multimeters and oscilloscopes. Capacitors, divider and rectifiers. Vectors, RL circuits and LCR circuits.

- Compare direct to alternating current.
- Design circuit calculations for basic systems.
- Analyze and interpret oscilloscope signals.
- Recognize basic functions of diodes and rectifiers.
- Plan sheet metal fasteners using patterns and cutting metal.
- Recognize inductance and how it effects circuits.
- Identify and analyze series and parallel LCR circuits.
