Explores the Federal court system and Nevada court system from the point of preparing for trial to post trial and alternative dispute resolutions.

- Analyze and draft the necessary forms for litigation in Nevada via the internet.
- Describe the law office procedure for putting a trial file together.
- Describe process and recall the paralegal skills necessary to assist in litigation, trial preparation and alternative dispute resolution.
