Solve systems of equations using Gauss-Jordan elimination method.
Carry out linear programming geometrically.
Perform the simplex algorithm in LP.
Construct Venn diagrams.
Investigate fundamental counting principles, permutations and combinations.

Perform calculations using Bayes rule and Markov chains.
Explore elementary statistics to include normal and binomial distribution.
Investigate the mathematics of finance.

Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in either MATH 124 or MATH 126 or MATH 128; or a satisfactory ACT/SAT/Placement Test score
