ART 142 - Introduction to Digital Photography II Credits: 3 Description Intermediate study of operations and techniques in digital photography such as lighting, exposure and print enhancement. Emphasis placed on development of personal body of work.
Student Learning Outcomes
- Develop digital camera techniques that include other digital formats, advance exposure techniques and experimentation.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of various computer programs, such a Photoshop CS and the development of appropriate work flow patterns.
- Demonstrate the ability to manipulate images.
- Create a body of work that demonstrates technical mastery of digital printing methods and awareness of aesthetic conceptual issues in art.
Prerequisite: ART 141 or Instructor approval
