AUTO 165B - Automotive Heating and Air Conditioning Credits: 4 Description Service, operation, diagnosis and repair of automotive heating and air conditioning system components, including automatic temperature control systems. All refrigerant types are covered. Emphasis is placed on service and troubleshooting.

- Have an understanding of basic mobile heating and air-conditioning systems.
- Understand air conditioning recycling equipment.
- Understand temperature and pressure relationships between temperature and refrigerant.
- Understand the various types of mobile air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and service mobile air conditioning systems.
