Describe the physiology of pathogenic organisms and their clinically relevant testing procedures.
Compare and contrast morphological, biochemical, immunological, and molecular methods used in Clinical Microbiology.
Interpret microbiological testing data in order to identify pathogenic organisms and report antibiotic sensitivity information in a clinically relevant manner.
Assess clinical microbiology results to determine acceptability.
