Description
Complete theory of alphabetic shorthand – abbreviated longhand. Beginning dictation and transcription practice. Used for taking lecture notes or general office dictation.

- Write speedwriting shorthand notes using shorthand theory, brief forms, and punctuation.
- Read Speedwriting shorthand notes from textbook plates and personal notes.
- Transcribe speedwriting shorthand notes using a word processing program incorporating grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules.
