A course continuing the development of skills acquired in FIL 101B. Increased fluency and further vocabulary development stressed.

Student Learning Outcomes

Identify sounds, rhythms and basic word order.
Recite and create simple conversations in colloquial Filipino.
Transcribe simple phrases as they hear them live and/or recorded.
Demonstrate mastery of basic Filipino vocabulary
Describe aspects of Filipino culture.
