Study of the interdisciplinary roles of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists and other professions involved in the therapeutic process.

Identify and describe the roles and contributions of the following professionals (and others) as members of treatment teams: Physicians; Nurses; Psychiatrists; Psychologists; Social Workers; Speech Therapists; Occupational Therapists; Recreational Therapists; Physical Therapists.
Kinds of information other professionals need in order to be able to make their contributions to the client’s treatment plan.
Methods of documentation to supply information needed by other professionals.
