Student Learning Outcomes
- Identify and describe the roles and contributions of the following professionals (and others) as members of treatment teams: Physicians; Nurses; Psychiatrists; Psychologists; Social Workers; Speech Therapists; Occupational Therapists; Recreational Therapists; Physical Therapists.
- Kinds of information other professionals need in order to be able to make their contributions to the client’s treatment plan.
- Methods of documentation to supply information needed by other professionals.
