A class in basic guitar technique. Recommended for non-Music majors and elementary school teachers. No previous musical training required.

Student Learning Outcomes

Properly hold the guitar.
Identify notes in the treble clef as they apply to the guitar.
Identify and utilize rhythmic skills.
Perform exercises and literature suited to their ability level.
