Description
The course will cover pre-testing procedures. Identify various ophthalmic equipment and identify the procedures of the objective and subjective refraction.

Student Learning Outcomes

Perform all pre-testing procedures including visual acuity and patient history.
Demonstrate the ability to perform cover tests and check EOM’s.
Identify the parts of the ophthalmic chair and stand, phoropter, and trial sets.
Identify the procedures of the objective refraction.
Identify the procedures of the subjective refraction.
