Description
This course introduces the procedures and practices used in architectural and ornamental ironworking. Topics include the various tools used as well as anchors and fasteners.

Comprehend and use architectural ironworking terminology.
Identify and properly use various tools.
Demonstrate ability to properly construct curtain wall systems and window walls.
Demonstrate understanding of various types of glazing systems and their proper handling and installation.
Recognize various sealants and the proper techniques used for application.
