CUL 420 - Global Flavors Credits: 3 Description This course provides a global perspective of culinary cultures and cuisines with a focus on flavor profiles. Through lecturers and the preparation of traditional dishes, students will explore how culture and geography influence the foods of the world.

- Discriminate between the flavor preferences of various global cuisines.
- Compare and contrast preparation techniques representative of various global cuisines.
