The Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Skills Certificate consists of collective coursework needed to satisfy the statutory mandates of the State of Nevada Real Estate Commission (NREC) regarding real-estate salesperson licensure. 

 

The Pre-Licensing Skills Certificate presents coursework that prepares the student with education covering most subjects required for successfully passing the state of Nevada real estate exam mandated for real-estate salesperson licensure.  The series of courses required to complete the Pre-Licensing Skills Certificate satisfies the requirement set-forth by the State of Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED) to be granted an original real estate salesperson’s license. 

 

Courses offered within the skilled certificate can and will subsequently roll-over into the Real Estate Certificate of Achievement (CA) and the Real Estate Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree offered through the College of Southern Nevada (CSN).
