DESCRIPTION
This degree prepares students to supervise and manage the maintenance, capital improvements, and daily operations of commercial and light industrial facilities. Students will learn facilities-related technologies and construction codes, as well as how to maintain a facility over time; will be skilled in basic business managerial tactics and strategies; and will be prepared for employment as facility managers, facility construction managers, facilities project managers, and other supervisory positions in the facilities industry.
