Description
Elementary level kanji course designed to teach writing of JPN 111 and JPN 112 vocabulary and bring students to the level of passing Kanji Kentei 10-kyu Exam.

Student Learning Outcomes

Reproduce kanji characters introduced in the course from memory
Identify the meaning of each kanji character
Reproduce words in which various combinations of kanji characters are used
Demonstrate knowledge of Kanji Kentei 10-kyu exam level material

Prerequisite: JPN 111 or Departmental approval
