MGT 423 - Advanced Topics in Organizational and Interpersonal Behavior Credits: 3 Description This course focuses on selected behavioral influences affecting decision making, organizational structure: including organizational power and politics, change and development and/or creativity.
Student Learning Outcomes
- Develop skills for managing conflict, both in organizational work settings and interpersonally. (Human Relations)
- Develop a “voice” and critical thinking skills necessary when approaching debatable issues that may cause conflicts in organizational settings.
- Utilize their own experiences and case studies to recognize the principles of conflict and the techniques for its productive management.
