This course is a continuation of IRW 160B - Post Tension I . Topics are reviewed and the student will be prepared to take the Post Tension Institute (PTI) Level 1&2 Unbonded Post Tension Ironworker Certification test.

Comprehend and utilize post tensioning terminology.
Employ the principles and theories of post tensioning and identify the components.
Use the tools, equipment and procedures to safely work with post tensioning systems.
Apply proper procedures for detensioning and performing lift-offs.
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and repair post tensioning systems and equipment.
