SMTL 249B - Food Service Equipment Fabrication/Installation II Credits: 4 Description Continuation of SMTL 248B - Food Service Equipment Fabrication/Installation I including Carbon Arc Braze Welding. Will become competent in installation and modification of various pieces of kitchen/food service equipment.
