ET 301 - Customer Service ManagementCredits: 3 This course provides students with an introduction and basic overview of the importance of customer relations and service in business and industry. The course deals with why and how organizations must reach out to customers so they may understand and gain the benefits in doing so. It is about satisfying the customers. It challenges students to use their critical and creative skills in all aspects of the subject. Prerequisite(s): Department approval.
