This course provides a capstone experience in the field of criminal justice, and provides preparation for advanced academic experiences or professional careers in criminal justice.

- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the presentation of ideas.
- Identify potential criminal justice employers and research job qualifications and application process specific to each position.
- Identify institutions of higher education providing upper division criminal justice, social services, or public administration programs and research application process.
- Develop a resume and cover letter.
- Analyze recent trends and issues affecting police operations, the court system, and correctional process.
- Identify, collect, and interpret relevant data in a documented form.
Prerequisite: CRJ 104 and Department approval
