Description
Provides an introductory survey of the history, likely direction, and dynamics of the hospitality industry from the perspective of the global economy.  Course reviews the operational fundamentals including terminology, job functions, technology, and management of hotel, resort, restaurant, food and beverage, casino, and event management organizations.
