Description
Designed to continue and improve the oral communication and listening skills of the student who has completed SPAN 212 - Second Year Spanish II or SPAN 215 - Intermediate Spanish Conversation I or has the equivalent knowledge.

Student Learning Outcomes

The student will be able to use new vocabulary in his/her oral presentations, describe personal experiences, and practice grammatical concepts at an advanced/low level. (ACTFL proficiency guidelines)
The student will be able to discuss and analyze Spanish films, examine the theme, and, describe and compare its characters at an advanced/low level.
The student will be able to prepare and conduct an interview in Spanish with a native speaker at an advanced/low level.
The student will be able to practice his/her oral skills in Spanish through class presentation at an advanced/low level.
The student will be able to examine cultural aspects of the Hispanic world, and establish comparisons between his/her own culture.
