Study of international travel and tourism. Focuses on the economic, social, political and environmental considerations of international tourism management and development. International tourist destinations are explored.

Differentiate world destinations on a map.
Evaluate political and economic aspects of tourism development to show the importance of tourism to the financial well-being and employment in various countries.
Develop multicultural awareness in Tourism.
Develop oral and written presentation skills to include preparing PowerPoint slides.
Apply basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division to solving problems. (Math component).
