Description
Exploration of basic theatrical improvisation for non-theatre majors. Focuses on spontaneity, creating environment, character development, and structure of a scene. Variety of theatrical styles and improvisational techniques explored.

  1. Utilize improvisation and spontaneity in scene-study, games and performance.
  2. Create environment using improvisation techniques.
  3. Create and develop characters through physicality.
  4. Demonstrate and evaluate human behavior in stressful situations through scene work.
