Description
This course provides students with basic bridge and deck construction sequence and procedures. Formwork project will include panel construction, assembly and hardware installation tasks.

Student Learning Outcomes

Identify and define the nomenclature of concrete bridges and lost deck forms.
Measure, cut and assemble formwork using proper installation techniques for bridge/deck form building.
Correctly install and secure in place form hardware and bracing.
Demonstrate safe use of tools and personal protective equipment.
