RESTRICTED ENTRY PROGRAM

Students MUST be indentured in the Tile Setters Apprenticeship Program before enrolling in classes. Special consideration will be given students who complete the Tile Setters Trade Certificate of Achievement if they are affected by the retroactive six year rule. DESCRIPTION

This degree prepares students for employment as a Journeyman Tile Setter with the Tile Setters Union.

Computation: TLS 101B, TLS 102B, TLS 151B, TLS 152B, TLS 201B, and TLS 202B
Human Relations: TLS 101B and TLS 102B

Comprehend and utilize all applicable tile setter tools.
Comprehend and utilize formulas used in the calculations of all phases of tile setting.
Comprehend the ability to troubleshoot and repair any problems that arise in tile setting installations.
