HIT 165B - Pathophysiology Credits: 4 Description Introduction to the disease processes affecting the human body by an integrated approach to specific disease entities, including the study of causes, diagnoses, and treatment of disease.
Student Learning Outcomes
- Identify pathological processes and treatments of diseases and injuries.
- Discuss the patient’s pathophysiological processes and outcomes through case studies.
- Evaluate the patient’s plan of medical care through case studies.
- Examine relevant literature which applies to the patient’s disease process and treatment using professional resources and APA notation.
