MGT 283 - Introduction to Human Resources Management Credits: 3 Description Designed to develop an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of personnel at the mid-management level. Areas covered include employee needs, human relations, recruiting techniques, orienting and training employees, benefit programs and economics of supervision.
