CADD 246B - Solid Modeling and Parametric Design II Credits: 3 Description This course will provide advance training and instruction by using parametric solid modeling software to create solid model parts, assemblies, and working drawings. This course will prepare students for the SolidWorks certification exam.
Student Learning Outcomes
- Design-Intent 3 dimensional objects.
- Create advance parametric parts.
- Determine multiple work planes, points and axes.
- Modify the base model to obtain the final definition.
- Describe reverse engineering.
- Assemble complex parts into a parametric assembly.
