Mastery of computer alpha-numeric keyboard and introduction of 10-key pad. Not for students who have previously had typing.

Student Learning Outcomes

Produce typed material on a computer keyboard for five minutes with five or fewer errors.
Type material following the spacing rules for punctuation, symbols, and numbers.
Identify and use home-row finger techniques.
