LAW 255 - Probate Procedures Credits: 3 Description Law related to estate planning issues. Includes procedure to distribute a person’s estate upon one’s death, creation and administration of a trust and procedure to appoint another to act on one’s behalf. Also includes a discussion of health care documents and related elderly care issues.
