Description
Beginning Piano for music majors only. Continued instruction in piano for music majors. Students must receive a letter grade of B or better in this course in order to bypass an individual piano proficiency exam at the completion of MUS 210.

Student Learning Outcomes

Display proper posture and positioning of the hands.
Demonstrate proficiency in note reading skills in both bass and treble clefts, accompanying, and sight reading.
Demonstrate proficiency in playing both solo and ensemble repertoire.
