Description
This course will introduce students to the proper operation of a drill rig in the field.

Student Learning Outcomes

Recognize and use operating and maintenance engineer terminology.
Identify and properly maintain the components of drilling equipment.
Describe and utilize drilling procedures and the math calculations needed to complete them.
Discuss the importance of well control.
Identify hazards and utilize safety procedures on the job site.
