Student Learning Outcomes
- Assess the four functions of management and how each function impacts a manager’s decision-making process.
- Analyze the effect that legal issues, ethics, and corporate social responsibility have on management planning and developing positive attitudes toward work and service to others. (Human Relations)
- Evaluate the relationship between setting effective expectations and organizational performance.
- Demonstrate concepts associated with effective work design to suggest tactics for enhancing work performance in organizations.
Prerequisite: BUS 101 with a grade of C or higher
