CPT 111B - Wall Forming

Description
This course provides forming methods for reinforced concrete walls. Blueprint reading, estimating, introduction to form design, and hands-on single and double-waler forming projects are included in training.

Student Learning Outcomes

Identify terms and characteristics of wall forms.
Utilize plan view(s) dimensions calculating the forms and materials needed.
Demonstrate safe tool operation and fall protection while constructing and installing forms.
Design and install a single waler wall system.
Design and install a double waler wall system.
