FAB 190B - Bartending Credits: 3 Description A basic class devoted to developing the skills necessary to function as a bartender in a Hospitality operation. This is a hands-on course covering mixology of liquors and the handling of all types of alcoholic beverages. Must be 21 or older

- Apply the four basic mixing techniques and drink recipes.
- Analyze a bar’s design, layout, and equipment.
- Explain the physiological effects of alcohol.
- Examine beverage trends as they apply to marketing efforts and operations.
