Description
A course emphasizing the development of language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Emphasis is placed on communication in all four language skills.

Student Learning Outcomes

Recognize the Greek alphabet and employ the Greek sound system.
Identify basic vocabulary items (200-300 words).
Modify lexical items by applying paradigms of conjugation and declension.
Compose simple texts in Greek.
Conduct simple conversations in Greek (i.e., introductions).
