Student Learning Outcomes
- Discuss and summarize the types of ethical dilemmas that paralegal assistants will face in the work force.
- Explain and interpret the ethical obligations owed to all parties including the attorney, client, court, witnesses, and adverse parties. (Human Relations).
- Identify and discuss ethical rules developed by the American Bar Association and specific rules adopted by this jurisdiction for the regulation of attorney and paralegal conduct.
