Description
This performance-based course provides students with knowledge of the Mariachi music art form, with emphasis on traditional and contemporary Mariachi literature including the Son, Ranchera, Huapango, and Bolero song styles. Prior experience is required.

Articulate knowledge of different Mariachi styles.
Perform fluently on their particular instrument within various Mariachi styles.
Employ appropriate vocalization skills for Mariachi performance.
