The development of intermediate language skills using a variety of tenses (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and cultural understanding. Emphasis on incorporation of intermediate communication.

Engage in Spanish conversations in the present and past tenses, the present subjunctive, and the imperative.
Write in multiple tenses and modes, describing experiences and expressing points of view.
Recognize texts in the present and past tenses, and the present subjunctive and imperative modes.
Identify elements of Hispanic culture: history, arts, geography, and appropriate social interactions.
