This course covers the selection, use and operation of diagnostic equipment for energy efficiency. Job planning, material selection and interpreting diagnostic results are also covered.

Student Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate familiarity with and analyzing of various energy problems posed by different housing styles.
Demonstrate familiarity with and application of OSHA safety regulations and their application.
Demonstrate familiarity with and application of all warning for safe operation of electrical equipment.
Demonstrate familiarity with and identification of hazardous building materials such as asbestos and lead.
