Description
This course is a continuation of OPE 155B. Students will enhance their skill level on the operation of various pieces of equipment used by the Operating Engineer.

Student Learning Outcomes

Recognize and use operating and maintenance engineer terminology.
Identify hazards and utilize safety procedures on the job site.
Identify various pieces of equipment and describe their function.
Operate equipment including forklifts, scrapers, dozers, backhoes and ditching machines.
Properly inspect and maintain equipment.
